Ok I was having pelvic pain for over a year went to doctor many of time had a Ultrasound done, came back completely healthy, No fibroids nothing, But I have period Pain even when I’m not on my period, any way Finally I gave this a try and the pain is gone, Whatever was causing it the pearls fixed it, ignore all the negative people if you’re having an issue down there and the doctor can’t seem to fix it, try this it really helped will be ordering more thanks
