Aalou Health International stands behind the products we sell. We recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, there is no one product that may work for everyone. We also strive to make your online shopping experience positive and secure. We do not at any time give or sell you information to any other companies.
If for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied with our product, you may receive a full refund of your purchase price with an additional 10% of only one bottle (less shipping and handling) – no questions asked. The product must have been purchased directly from Aalou Health International. In order to be eligible for a refund, we ask that you use the product as directed. If you have previously returned Yefense Supplements under this refund policy, any future requests for a refund will not be honored. To cancel an order, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you are in any way dissatisfied with YEFENSE product, please return all unused portions within 30 days and 110% of your purchase price will be cheerfully refunded. We will send you a check of your total cost, plus an additional 10%. Shipping fees are not refundable. If we paid for shipping it will be deduct from your refund.
We recommend that when returning product for a refund that you ship it to us via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). Email us the request for a return of your Yefense bottle for further details. Please make sure you include a copy of the packing list sent with delivered product.
SHIPPING
The Team at YEFENSE make sure all packages are sent in a discreet package.
All orders made before 3pm CST Monday thru Friday will be shipped the next day. Orders made after 3pm CST will be shipped the following business day. All orders made on weekends and/or holidays will be shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped by the USPS. Delivery of your order should be received within 5-7 business days, unless PAID NEXT DAY SHIPPING or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
